RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

Boutique Collective only offers store credit for returned items. We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment. 

All merchandise must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and smoke, deodorant, and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. 

In-Store Returns:

Returns made within 14 days of the original purchase date are eligible for store credit only.

Online Purchases:

Returns postmarked within 14 days of the date received** are eligible for store credit only. 

Once received, returns are processed within 2-3 business days.

*This is in reference to orders placed online - we will go off of the delivery date shown on the USPS tracking information. 

Damages:

Damages must be reported prior to wearing the garment. All original tags must be still attached. These instances are eligible for a refund. 

After 14 days we are unable to accept returns on any purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Items in compliance with our return policy are eligible for store credit or for exchange in-store only within 14 days of initial purchase date. Items purchased online may be brought in store for exchange. If desired customers can also return online purchases by way of USPS for store credit adhering to online return policy. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing the order.
